Great Bay Kids Company 1.1

I work at Great Bay Kids Company. The three theories of organizational behavior is behavior of the individual, behavior of the group, and behavior of the organization. My behavior as an individual working at this company is a good behavior, I always do my job and always have a good attitude. I love working with children and love my job. Not many people can say they love their job, but I can gladly say I like going to work. The behavior as a team in my company is a good behavior. Everyone for the most part gets along. The company I work in has mostly all women in it, so every once in a while there is going to be drama and gossiping because that's just what girls do. Usually though, everyone does their job without having an attitude and loves working with children. The behavior as an organization is great because there are multiple Great Bay Kids Companies, so obviously the organization is successful. The children love coming to our centers and the parents for the most part love all the teachers. Every once in a while there's a parent with a complaint about a teacher not doing a good job, but no organization is perfect.
